A Decade of Culinary Excellence

Hanan Fusion was born in 2012 from a simple dream: to create a space where the bold, aromatic soul of Pakistani cuisine could dance with the refined elegance of Italian and Chinese culinary arts.

Our founder, Hanan Mirza, returned from culinary studies in Milan with a vision. She opened our first kitchen in a small Islamabad flat, cooking for friends and neighbors. Word spread quickly. Within a year, Hanan Fusion had its own restaurant on F-7 Markaz.

Today, we serve over 500 guests daily and have earned 8 national culinary awards — but our heart remains the same: every plate is crafted with love, skill, and the finest local ingredients.
