Our founder, Hanan Mirza, returned from culinary studies in Milan with a vision. She opened our first kitchen in a small Islamabad flat, cooking for friends and neighbors. Word spread quickly. Within a year, Hanan Fusion had its own restaurant on F-7 Markaz.
Today, we serve over 500 guests daily and have earned 8 national culinary awards — but our heart remains the same: every plate is crafted with love, skill, and the finest local ingredients.
